I'm a ZOMBIE. I'll have to edit this post and continue another day! Kaua Terangi Toyokazu Okimoto, born on Friday 11/14/08 at 5:07 am. 7lbs. 9oz. @ Kaiser, Honolulu. Kaua means "rain" (Hawaiian), Terangi "heaven" (Tahitian), Toyokazu is Grandpa Okimoto's middle name which means "peace" or "prosperity" in Japanese. When we were coming home on Saturday evening, it was raining. It rained most of the day on Sunday too. He's such a good baby, doesn't really fuss, eats really good AND slept 5 1/2 hours on his second night home, my other babies were always up every 2 hours to feed! He's such a cutie. The kids are all over him and want to carry, feed, change him- etc. Sending love from our growing `ohana!

These are the nicest hospital pics I have ever seen. What a cutie!! Congrats Okimoto Ohana!
Awesome pictures! Can't wait to see which sibling he'll look like more. Big Boy!
Hi Ramona (and Curt)! Congratulations on your new baby! Looks like you've had a couple others since you shot our wedding in 1999! We're on the mainland now... and have TRIPLETS who are five years old. Unreal.
Found you on Twitter, through my email address book... Amazing! LOL
Blessings to you and your beautiful family!

What a beautiful family! Congratulations and many more photos to come.
Wow, it's been quite the amazing week for you hasn't it!?
Great photos - love the black & whites. :)
Congratulations! I am so excited to hear about your new baby boy. That baby is absolutely adorable and you look amazing, too! You have a truly beautiful family.
congratulations!!!! that first image is amazing!!! and i must say we LOVE the name!!!! of course our daughters name is rain, becuz kaua was too manly sounding :) the day we met in hawaii it was raining and the day she was born it was raining. so it was a perfect name, but i digress :)
many blessings to you, your family and your beautiful new baby boy!
hope you all have a blessed and awesome thanksgiving!!
Thank you thank you! Baby will be 2 weeks tomorrow. I have an itchy trigger finger to shoot more creative photos of Kaua, but lack the energy and feeling drugged out from the pain-pills. I take a lot of naps with Kaua, as my sleeping schedule is WHACKED!
Curt and I laugh at feeling like rookies in the first week. It's been awhile! -6 years since we've had a little one! We're back in the saddle again! I forgot about how many poopy diapers these little people can produce. Wouldn't have it any other way though. I AM THANKFUL FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL LIFE.
